SUBSTANCE: present invention concerns a window or a door with a locking drive rod, using which a nogging bolt is moved along a chute of a nogging pocket, opened in a longitudinal direction, located on a locking plate tightly fixed on the chute. At the same time, at least one lock is provided, which prevents the movement of the drive rod to the nogging bolt, back in an opening position. The invention provides that the locking mechanism has a stopper lever, which is movably fixed on the cute along the axis of rotation passing perpendicular to it, a free end of which is directed to the nogging pocket, and which, being in the first position, locks an output of the nogging bolt from the nogging pocket, and, being in the second position, releases the nogging pocket.
EFFECT: creation of a window structure, on which a locking mechanism is easily mounted, which is a reliable and durable structure, which is compatible with any type of fittings.
