FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in test-and-measurement systems to control technical condition of particular parts and the whole test-and-measurement system in general, as well as to analyze downloading of frequency bands, to determine the location of radio-frequency sources (RFS), to measure frequency and time parameters of radio signals and electrical intensity. In addition, control-and-measurement monitoring system has central control room of technical condition of means, included in control-and-measurement monitoring system, notably, central control room of technical condition is connected to the central point of radio monitoring through communication channels of the central control room (CCR), to each stationary monitoring point entering CCR, in the auxiliary command and measuring complex (CMC), and in each mobile monitoring post in addition control points of technical condition are entered, which interact with central control room of technical condition via antenna device of a stationary monitoring station or mobile monitoring station, depending on where they are located, by means of communication channels of CCR or the nearest control point of auxiliary CMCs.
EFFECT: increase of reliability of radiomonitoring results due to increase of efficiency of elimination of technical malfunctions in monitoring and measuring monitoring system.
