FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention involves further use of R mobile serviced radio monitoring posts, R=1, 2, … and L non-serviced radio monitoring posts on flight-hoisting apparatus, L=1, 2, …, remotely controlled through communication channels of a central control station or the nearest control station of an additional control-measuring complex; spatial arrangement of radio monitoring posts is optimised; single-step processing of results of evaluating spatial-information parameters of signals of monitored radio sources is used; video images of the monitored radio sources are used to specify their location. The control-measuring system for radio monitoring has a central control-measuring complex as part of a central control station and not less than three fixed radio monitoring posts, N additional control-measuring complexes of similar design connected to each other by communication channels of the central or additional control stations, R mobile serviced radio monitoring posts and L non-serviced radio monitoring posts of flight-hoisting apparatus, connected by communication channels to the central or nearest additional control station.
EFFECT: wider radio monitoring zone and high efficiency of radio monitoring.
