FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering. To achieve the effect, a high-frequency (HF) monitoring complex is used as part of a control center (CC), three or more spatially separated unattended stationary radio monitoring posts (RMP) of the HF range, a mobile serviced satellite communication quality control post, a mobile serviced control post for digital radio relay communication lines (RRCL), a mobile manned post for monitoring signals of radio engineering systems (RES) of the UHF-EHF range, remotely controlled via communication channels of a central control room or the nearest control center, a serviced control and measuring complex (CMC) of a sea-based (SB) as part of a control center, a communication control post in the underwater area, a post for monitoring signals of ship RTS and R spatially separated unattended ship radio monitoring posts controlled remotely via communication channels CC CMC SB, a post for monitoring communications in the VLF-LF-MF range, optimize the spatial placement of mobile radio monitoring posts, use combined processing the results of evaluating the spatial-informational parameters of signals controlled by RES.
EFFECT: expansion of the radio monitoring area.
