FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. In order to increase the steel sheet magnetic properties in the rolling longitudinal and transverse directions, the sheet with the oriented grain structure is made of steel containing the following chemical composition, wt.%: C from 0.0003 to 0.005, Si from 2.9 to 4.0, Mn from 2.0 to 4.0, sol. Al from 0.003 to 0.018, N from 0.001 to 0.01, S from 0.005 or less, Sn from 0 to 0.20, Sb from 0 to 0.20, at that, the silicon and manganese content in the steel in wt.% satisfies the condition 1.2 ≤ Si – 0.5 x Mn ≤ 2.0 and the tin and antimony content in wt.% satisfies the condition 0.005 ≤ Sn+Sb ≤ 0.20. On the surface the steel sheet has the insulating coating.
EFFECT: increase in the steel sheet magnetic properties.
