FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to electrotechnical steel sheet with oriented grain structure. Sheet has the following chemical composition, wt%: Si: 2.0–5.0, Mn: 0.03–0.12, Cu: 0.10–1.00, Sb or Sn or both: 0.000–0.3 in sum, Cr: 0–0.3, P: 0–0.5, Ni: 0–1, rest: Fe and impurities, including carbon. Average diameter of crystalline grains in the L-direction observed on the surface of the steel sheet in the L-direction parallel to the rolling direction is equal to or greater than 3 times the average diameter of crystalline grains in the C-direction, wherein the C-direction is vertical to the rolling direction.
EFFECT: sheet has stable magnetic properties and low losses in the core.
