The electrical steel sheet with an oriented grain structure contains a main steel sheet, a glass film, which is located on the main steel sheet, and an insulating coating with tightness, which is located on the glass film. The chemical composition of the main steel sheet and glass film includes, by weight%: 0.010 or less C, 2.5-4.0 Si, 0.01-1.00 Mn, 0.010 or less N, 0.010 or less soluble Al, 0.005-0.030 insoluble Al, 0.05-0.20 Mg, 0.05-0.40 O, 0-0.020 Ti, 0.010 or less S, 0.030 or less P, 0-0.50 Sn, 0-0.50 Cr, 0-0.50 Cu, 0-0.0100 Bi, 0-0.020 Se, 0-0.50 Sb and a residue consisting of iron and impurities. The sheet has emission spectroscopy spectra of glow discharge of Al and Si, measured using emission spectroscopy of glow discharge from the surface of the glass film in the direction of depth, after removal of the insulating coating, where Ts is the start time of the analysis, from the surface of the glass film, TAlp is the time at which Al shows the maximum emission intensity, F(TAlp) is the intensity of the emission of Al at TAlp in relative units, F(TSip) is the intensity of the emission of Al at TSip.
