SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. To improve magnetic properties of steel sheet method includes steel slab heating to 1,000–1,300 °C, hot rolling of slab, annealing, single or multiple cold rolling with intermediate annealing, decarburization and annealing of primary recrystallization, application of an annealing separator consisting of MgO and 2.0–15.0 wt% magnesium sulphate, annealing of secondary recrystallization, additional leveling annealing at 830 °C or higher in atmosphere with partial pressure H₂ 0.3 % or more, wherein sheet is obtained from textured electrical steel containing, wt%: C 0.005 or less, Si 2.0–4.5 and Mn 0.5 or less, as well as Sb and P in the appropriate ranges satisfying: 0.01≤[Sb]≤0.20 and 0.02≤[P]≤2.0×[Sb], the rest of Fe and random admixtures, and at excitation of a steel sheet to 1.0 T at 50 Hz in a direction transversal to direction of rolling, a magnetizing force (TD-H₁₀) and loss in iron (TD-W₁₀) are respectively (TD-H₁₀)≥200 A/m and (TD-W₁₀)≥1.60 W/kg.

EFFECT: sheet from textured electrotechnical steel and method of its manufacturing are proposed.
