FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronic engineering and can be used for converting an input electric current signal into an output voltage signal. Invention can be used as a part of schemes of radio electronic devices for various purposes, as well as in a functional node of microcircuits. Proposed is a linear current-to-voltage converter comprising electrical circuit elements, a voltage source, interconnected operational amplifier and non-inverting amplifier. Distinctive feature is that the non-inverting amplifier is made in the form of an amplified cascade of radio-electronic components made of semiconductor materials, input of which is connected to the output of the operational amplifier, and the output is connected to the resistor and the inverting input of the operational amplifier, and forms a loop of negative voltage feedback, the current for conversion is fed to the output of the non-inverting amplifier, and the converted voltage signal is removed from the resistor in the supply circuit of the non-inverting amplifier.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is a lower input resistance in comparison with a prototype circuit and, as a consequence, reduced conversion errors and increased conversion linearity.
