SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to regenerative heaters. Heat recovery steam generator comprises a casing, a low pressure evaporator coil, a preheating booster upstream thereof and a feedwater heater downstream thereof. Water-to-water heat exchanger has low- and high-temperature circuits. First pipe goes from the preheater to the high-temperature circuit, and the second branch from the feedwater heater to the pre-heater. Pipe can pass from the feedwater heater to the low pressure evaporator. Pipe can pass from the water-to-water heat exchanger to the feedwater heater. High-pressure economizer coil is located upstream of the preheater, and the branch pipe exits the feedwater heater to the high-pressure economizer. Additional coil is located upstream of the high-pressure economizer. Feedwater heater comprises first and second sections, or first, second and third sections; or more sections. Connections between the various components and sections may be located near their upstream and downstream surfaces.
EFFECT: technical result is a rise in the temperature of feed water above the dew point of all fuels for corrosion protection.
