FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical technology, namely to medical devices used in the therapy of obesity. Delivery device for supplying a gastrointestinal device to the gastrointestinal tract of a patient is proposed, which comprises a cellular structure configured to transition from a squeezed state before deploying to the expanded state after deployment, preventing lap migration, proximal to the distal end of the cellular structure, and an elongated sleeve attached to the distal end of the honeycomb structure. Delivery device comprises a flexible outer catheter with a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen; and a flexible internal catheter with a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen intended for reception by sliding a guide conductor. Internal catheter is coaxial and movable by sliding within the lumen of the external catheter. Outer catheter is intended to be pulled proximally over the internal catheter while holding the internal catheter in place to open the gastrointestinal device from the distal end of the delivery device. Method of supplying a previously mentioned gastrointestinal device by a delivery device to the gastrointestinal tract of a patient, in addition to the previously described, the delivery device comprises a first handle connected to the proximal end of the inner catheter and having a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen intended for receiving a guide conductor by sliding; the second handle attached to the proximal end of the outer catheter and having a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen designed to receive an internal catheter by sliding, the first locking device detachably attached to the exposed portion of the internal catheter; and the second locking device removably attached to the exposed portion of the inner catheter and positioned proximally to the first locking device. Said method includes the steps: sliding the delivery device over the guide conductor into the gastrointestinal tract of the patient; use fluoroscopy to locate the distal end of the flexible outer catheter to ensure the correct location of the delivery device; holding the first handle to hold the internal catheter in place and pulling the outer catheter to the first stopper; pulling the entire delivery device until the distal end of the external catheter is located directly proximal to the patient's pylorus; removing the first stopper from the internal catheter; holding the first handle to hold the internal catheter in place and pulling the outer catheter to the second locking device; removing the second locking device; holding the first handle to hold the internal catheter in place and pulling the outer catheter to the first handle; and removing the delivery device from the patient. System for delivery the gastrointestinal device to the gastrointestinal tract of the patient comprises a gastrointestinal device and a delivery device. In addition to the foregoing, the delivery device comprises an elongated flexible component, containing the distal spherical component and the proximal spherical component and extending from the distal end of the inner catheter. In this case, the distal end of the inner catheter is designed to pass through the openings of the honeycomb structure. And the sleeve is wrapped coaxially around the inner catheter. In this case, the outer catheter can be drawn in the proximal direction over the internal catheter, while keeping the internal catheter in place. First and the second locking devices are arranged to be sequentially removed from the internal catheter as the outer catheter is pulled to open and deliver the gastrointestinal device from the distal end of the delivery device.
EFFECT: inventions can be used after one or more unsuccessful bariatric procedures and combine the advantages of reducing the volume of the stomach, biliopancreatic shunting and/or intestinal anastomosis to enhance the effect of the weight-loss device.
