FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Adjustable percutaneous device for annuloplasty comprises a tubular longitudinally extending carcass having an annular shape or intended to give it an annular shape upon release from the delivery device. Separate longitudinally extending base at least partially repeats the shape of the frame or intended to give it the circular shape of the frame when released from the delivery device. Frame is attached to the base. Base contains at least one flexible element so that the circular shape of the base can be adjusted. Flexible element enables expansion and/or compression of the base along the longitudinal direction of the base. Disclosed is an alternative embodiment of the device, a delivery system, a method of deploying a device, a method of displaying a delivery system, a computer-readable memory device and augmented reality system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing adjustment for ring of patient's own heart valve and improved closure of its flaps.
