SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a system for controlling user routes. Method comprises receiving attraction preferences in a reservation system, including a plurality of park attractions of interest to the user, analysing the attraction preferences using an algorithm performed by a reservation system processor that is configured to perform analysis based on attraction availability data obtained from an electronic device which monitors the plurality of attractions associated with attraction preferences, and data on the use of the park and user-defined level of interest in the relevant attractions in a list of attractions, producing a proposed route for the user for confirmation, modification or cancellation based on the analysis results, which comprises reservations for the user, and represent the proposed route in accordance with the analysis results, wherein the reservations are presented in a sequence so that the user is directed to the sequence of attractions so as to prevent following a route already traversed without the user having to follow the traversed route.
EFFECT: technical result is the automation of route management.
