SUBSTANCE: invention is method for producing growth stimulator for Scots pine, comprising grinding the plant raw material and then extracting it with water for 24 hours, where leaves of goat willow are used as a vegetable raw material (Salix caprea L.), harvested at the stage of active growth of the leaf plate, in the phase of the evening decrease in the intensity of the processes of photosynthesis and transpiration, and extraction is carried out at a temperature of +2 to +4 °C and hydromodule 1:10.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase germination capacity of Pinus sylvestris seeds by 17 %, and the germination energy by 15 %; increases mass of pine seedlings up to one and a half to two times, and the diameter of the root collar – by 31 %.
