METHOD OF INCREASING GERMINATION OF SEEDS, GROWTH AND SEEDLINGS DEVELOPMENT Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A01G17/02 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to viticulture, in particular to selection of grapes and nursery. Proposed method comprises preparation of hybrid seeds, preparation of seeds for planting in open ground. In this case, the seeds are re-soaked in gibberic acid with a concentration of 0.01 % within 24 hours. In December, seeds are sown in vases with a substrate consisting of horse manure, glauconite sand, Green Go 8-16-24+10CaO and black soil in proportion: 1:1:1:1. Plants are grown during the first growing season, bringing the seedling growth to 0.6 m in the stratification chamber at t 25÷26 °C and humidity 85÷90 %. After that, the vases are installed on shelves in plastic micro-greenhouses with adjustable temperature and humidity conditions, bringing the plants height to 1.5 m.

EFFECT: increase in germination of seeds, growth and development of seedlings due to pre-treatment of seeds is provided.
