FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: gear reducer-hinge contains two links, the first of which is made in the form of covering the second link yoke, and the second link relative rotation mechanism, made in the form of planetary helical mechanism with threaded rollers, which screw is installed coaxially with the links axis of rotation. Each threaded roller is made with two pairs of multidirectional screw thread sections, interacting with the corresponding screw threads on the screw and mounted coaxially with the links axis of rotation in the yoke lugs and in the second link nuts. Screw and rollers are made with contacting to each other cylindrical surfaces, located between the screw thread opposite directions, which diameter is equal to the average diameter of the corresponding roller screw thread and the screw located in the section contacting the first link yoke. Yoke and the second link comprise the nuts position adjustment mechanism, made in the form of linear guide and adjusting screw.
EFFECT: as a result, enabling increase in the durability and reliability.
