SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of winding equipment. Rolls automatically loading and unloading device in the winding machine for the polymer film winding is located partially adjacent to, and partially below the winding drum. Device contains the sleeves filling part and the rolls unloading part. Sleeves filling part contains motorized linear actuator with the carrier guide mounted thereon. On the guide the polymer film winding sleeves are arranged. Guide is configured to move back and forth between associated with the sleeves filling part position and adjacent position. In the adjacent position, the guide is axially parallel to the winding drum spindle, and the sleeves are put on the spindle. Linear drive is made with possibility of vertical lifting with the of said sleeves outer diameter change relative to their inner diameter. Rolls unloading part contains motorized conveyor belt. Belt has at least one retractable part. Retractable part is configured to move between position, in which it is located under the spindle with wound rolls arranged thereon and the rolls unloading position. Conveyor belt is made with possibility of vertical lifting with the rolls outer diameter change relative to their inner diameter. Both of these vertical lifts are controlled by means of the linear potentiometer.

EFFECT: minimizes the winding machine downtime during adaptation; eliminating related to the human factor variability of rolls.
