FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, andrology and anaesthesiology. Anaesthetic is introduced in stages: first, the anaesthetic is injected into the skin and subcutaneous fat. Then the needle is advanced under the control of the index finger of the other hand under Scarpa's fascia, and the anaesthetic is introduced next to the spermatic cord medially and laterally. Then, after approach to spermatic cord under visual control, anaesthetic is introduced under external spermatic fascia. After removing the spermatic cord through the incisional wound and opening the external spermatic fascia and the muscle lifting the testicle, the anaesthetic is introduced under the internal spermatic fascia in the cranial direction.
EFFECT: method enables higher safety and effectiveness of the surgical intervention.
