SUBSTANCE: this method of surgically treating spermatic cord varicosis prescribes positioning interior spermatic vein in between fibers of adjacent musculus lumborum under prepared muscular graft which prevents ingress of venous blood into pampiniformis plexus of veins of testicle, with patient being in standing position, and at the same time allowing natural venous blood outflow which becomes restored in patient's horizontal position.
