FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering. In the method, signals of two different frequencies are fed to the control transitions of powerful power transistors, for example, 500 kHz carrier and 50 Hz modulating (useful signal). Further, the proposed device for the generation of amplitude-modulated signals consists of a constant voltage source, four power transistors, assembled using bridge connection, an oscillating resonant circuit, load and control unit (CU). Said control unit consists of two parts. Its first part controls the two transistors of the left arm of the bridge, and its second part generates the control signals for the transistors of the right arm, by summing two signals with different frequencies (carrier and modulating).
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the generation of amplitude-modulated signals.
