FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in onboard telemetry systems with phase-shift keyed (PSK) signals of small-sized aircraft. The achievement of the effect is ensured by the fact that radio waves are formed from one harmonic signal by means of its single-tone amplitude modulation, the obtained three-frequency signal according to one version is modulated in phase with an information signal (IS) and emitted, processing is carried out by the majority method; according to another variant, the signals are divided in frequency into three signals, followed by phase modulation by different ISs of each of them and emitted, the processing is carried out at each frequency separately. A device is disclosed that provides these signal processing options.

EFFECT: increasing the volume and reliability of the received telemetry information, reducing the weight and size characteristics and power consumption of the transmitter.
