SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to power electronics and radio engineering. Generator uses two unidirectionally connected transistors, forming together with two storage capacitors a half-bridge inverter circuit, and oscillating circuit with load is connected between points of connection of two transistors and two capacitors, respectively, wherein the first control unit is connected to the base of the upper transistor, and the second control unit is connected to the base of the lower transistor, and two power chokes are connected in series between the emitter of the upper transistor and the collector of the lower transistor.

EFFECT: simplification of amplitude-modulated voltage generator circuit due to use of two transistors instead of four.
