FIELD: stomatology, in particular orthopedic and surgical stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: claimed material is obtained by mechanical bone cleaning , treatment with hydrogen peroxide, washing, drying and mixing with collagen and sulfated glycosaminoglycanes, wherein bone is ground to bone chips having size of 70-400 mum, treated with alkali solution for 10-24 h at room temperature, washed with deionized water, then treated in ammonium solution and ethanol mixture for 10-16 h (wherein solution is replaced with fresh one not less than 2 times), washed and treated with hydrogen peroxide; washed, defatted in ethanol and chloroform mixture in ratio of 1:2 (wherein solution is replaced with fresh one not less replaced than 2 times), washed with water, dried and blended with collagen solution isolated from sclera of farm animal and saturated with sulfated glycosaminoglycanes.
EFFECT: material with osteoreparation-stimulating properties of decreased antigenic characteristic and increased biocompatibility.
