FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to biotechnology, and discloses biological biodegradable mineralized osteoplastic material and method of its production. Method involves collection and storage of femoral head from live donors, mechanical purification with fractionation and primary exposure, cyclic physical and chemical purification of fragmented material with additional antibiotic impregnation, lyophilization, packaging and sterilization. Inventions enable to produce a safe material based on human femoral heads with no toxicity, good indices of recovering natural bone structure, biocompatibility with surrounding tissues.
EFFECT: inventions can be used in dentistry, traumatology-orthopaedics, oncology, maxillofacial surgery for replacement of defects of bone tissue, including in infectious process, for prolonged local antibacterial therapy, matrix for impregnation with biologically active substance and/or population with cell culture.
