FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering, namely to devices intended for utilization of household and industrial wastes. Waste recycling device comprises a thermoreactor equipped with a loading opening in the upper part, and in the lower part the thermoreactor is equipped with a slag discharge branch pipe, in the thermoreactor there is a grate dividing the internal cavity of the thermoreactor into three zones. Above the grate, a first zone of formation of pyrolysis gases is formed, which is limited by the inner surface of the upper part of the thermoreactor, around the grate a second fluidised bed zone is formed, which is limited by the inner surface of the middle part of the thermoreactor, under the grate there is a third combustion zone of flue gases, which is limited by the inner surface of the lower part of the thermoreactor, gas injector intended for supply of oxidizer to thermoreactor. In the middle part the thermoreactor is equipped with a channel for tangential air supply to the zone of the fluidized bed, in the upper part the thermoreactor is equipped with a channel for withdrawal of pyrolysis gases from the zone of formation of pyrolysis gases. Wall of the thermoreactor under the grate is equipped with a channel for tangential supply of the gas-air mixture from the gas injector, the wall of the thermoreactor in the section below the channel for supply of the gas-air mixture from the gas injector is equipped with a channel for exhaust of flue gases. Gas injector is made with two inlet channels and outlet nozzle, the first inlet channel of the gas injector is interconnected by the gas duct with the thermoreactor pyrolysis gases outlet channel, gas injector second inlet channel is communicated by the gas duct with hot air source. Gas injector outlet nozzle is communicated with the thermoreactor gas-air mixture tangential feed channel, the gas injector first inlet channel is configured for the pyrolysis gases tangential supply into the injector cavity, centrifugal nozzle is arranged between outlet nozzle and gas injector inlet channels to spray and accelerate gas-air mix flow.
EFFECT: simplification of waste disposal device, simplification of waste disposal process.
