FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement of the angles of attack and in-flight glide of an aircraft and can be used in systems for indicating dangerous situations on an airplane for the diagnosis of onboard systems for measuring angles of attack and gliding, as well as in automatic aircraft control systems and unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular when flying in a rough atmosphere. Above proposed method is based on an algorithm for indirectly determining the angles of attack and gliding. To determine the angle of attack, the static and dynamic airflow pressures are measured, using standard air pressure receivers, three components of linear accelerations are measured, using a three-degree accelerometer, installed at the center of gravity of the aircraft. Using the parameters of these systems, the current lift factor and further the angle of attack are determined. In the method, the dependence of the lift factor on the angle of attack is applied for various positions of flaps and chassis, obtained analytically or by blowing in a wind tunnel. Equations of shear force are used to determine the slip angle.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability of the safety loop by means of an additional method of measuring aerodynamic angles, especially when flying in a rough atmosphere, possibility of maintenance-free operation between maintenance checks, a reduction in the number of primary pressure sensors.
