Whole-grain oat flour is highly dispersible in water and contains 0.5 to 1 serving of whole grains per serving weighing 8 ounces (237 ml). And the whole grain serving is 16 g whole grains. Soluble whole grain oat flour maintains its standard of identity as whole grain and thus has the characteristics of whole grain oats.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a food product that helps lower blood cholesterol levels, ensure healthy blood circulation, and also maintain normal blood pressure levels.
