SUBSTANCE: powder is proposed to be added to beverages, containing agglomerates with high porosity and dispersibility that contain from 5 to 80% of non-hydrolyzed, almost non-gelatinized whole grains, no more than 40% of dried fruits, from 0.1 to 2% of hydrocolloids, from 2 to 12.5% of fiber, from 0.75 to 3.75% of beta-glucan, no more than 45% of a sweetening component, no more than 2% of lecithin, and no more than 25% of cocoa. The moisture content in the mentioned agglomerates is from 3.5 to 7%, and bulk density is from 0.3 to 0.6 g/ml.
EFFECT: invention is intended for the modification of beverages, including milk beverages.
