FIELD: surgical gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical gynecology. The method is performed laparoscopically. The distal end of the Foley catheter is excised and inserted before performing myomectomy, filling with 10 ml of saline, and removed after suturing the metra. When fibroids are isolated and myometrium is severely bleeding, the catheter balloon is additionally filled with 10 ml of saline and removed after the metra is sutured. If a defect occurs in the metra cavity, it is restored by the imposition of a two-row suture with absorbable suture material.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing trauma of the method and pain syndrome, reducing blood loss, shortening the duration of hospitalization, reducing the risks of inconsistency of sutures, infectious complications, intrauterine synechiae and infertility; improving visualization of the endometrium, eliminate excess pressure of the Foley catheter on the walls of the metra, preventing stretching of the walls of the metra, maintaining adequate contraction of the walls of the metra.
