FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to myomectomy. Openings with 0.5-1 cm diameter are made in leaves of broad ligaments of uterus in avascular zone with 1-1.5 cm indent from border of uterus. Blood flow in main vessels is temporarily blocked by means of flat belt-clamp. Metal rivets are applied on infundibulo-pelvic ligaments. Myomatous nodes are enucleated. Uterus is sutured with absorbable thread V-Loc, Vicryl, Safil.
EFFECT: method reduces intraoperative blood loss, reduces complications.
