Form the model in a mold box and fill it with a matrix alloy. Insert in the form of a plate of predetermined geometric dimensions and shapes is placed on the inner shaping surface of the mold or in the cavity formed on this surface. On the surface of the insert in contact with expanded polystyrene, ribs of a rectangular or trapezoidal cross-section with a reverse slope and thickness less than the thickness of the insert are made.
EFFECT: production of products with guaranteed composition and properties of the base alloy and insert alloy is ensured.
