FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining a facing material – foam decor. Method of obtaining the facing material – foam decor – includes grinding of colored glass cullet with the addition of chalk 0.1–0.15 % to a grinding toner of 1,500–200 cm2/g, laying a cover layer of a raw mixture 2–3 mm thick on a foamed glass unit, followed by sealing the coating layer with a roller. Plasma reflow of the coating layer is carried out at a reflow rate of 20–25 mm/s. Then the plates are annealed in a lehr, extracted from the lehr and cut in circles with a diamond surfacing to dimensions from 150*150 mm to 450*450 mm.
EFFECT: reduction of the technological cycle for obtaining the facing material – foam protection.
