FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production of construction materials. Paste based on fine cullet and liquid glass is applied on face surface of foam glass block. Said face surface is fused by plasma jet at plasma generator output of 9.0 kW and jet feed rate of 0.05 m/s.
EFFECT: higher coat quality, faster process, power savings.
