FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry. Method of developing a reservoir of high-viscosity oil with water-saturated zones includes the construction of horizontal production and higher injection wells with the installation of casing strings, injection of a displacing agent with a specific gravity below the specific gravity of the formation water into the injection well and the selection of products from the production well, conducting studies to determine the water-saturated zones adjacent to the production well, and then in the casing adjacent to the aquiferous zones of this well, they consistently overlap these zones by filling from the face to the mouth with a waterproofing composition that breaks down under a certain influence, followed by technological aging. Prior to the research, the heat carrier in the form of a vapor with a temperature of not less than 180 °C is pumped into both wells until a steam chamber is formed. Geophysical studies are conducted before the selection of products in the form of removing the thermogram along the wellbore of the producing well to determine at least one water-saturated zone with a lowered warm-up temperature. After determining these zones closer than 5 m to the mouth of the detected zones, a through-packer is installed in the production well, through which a heat-resistant waterproofing compound is injected, which is destroyed by the action of hydrochloric acid. After pumping, the packer is muffled. In operation after the establishment of a stable thermohydrodynamic connection between the wells, characterized by an increase in the temperature of the produced liquid, as well as by increasing the thermogram along the wellbore, the packer is drilled, and the waterproofing composition is destroyed by the action of hydrochloric acid, after which the production well is again operated in the selection mode.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality due to the stability of the waterproofing composition at temperatures above 180 °C, an increase in the efficiency of submersible well pumps due to the presence of a cut off packer that prevents the waterproofing composition from entering the pump inlet while reducing material costs.
