FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil-producing industry. Method of super-viscous oil deposit formation with water-saturated zones, including construction of horizontal production well and located above injection wells, heating of formation by pumping of hot working agent into both wells, determination of location of water-saturated zone adjacent to production well, installation of detachable through packer at far boundary of interval of water influx, pumping of insulating compound into water-saturated zone with subsequent process exposure, pumping of displacement agent into injection well and extraction of product from production well. At that, upon detection of water-saturated zone located on the side of mouth of horizontal section of production well, detachable packer is installed closer to the bottomhole at least by 1–10 m relative to the far boundary of the water-saturated zone. Volume of emulsion composition is determined by formula Vem.f.=l·π·D2/4 where l – oil saturated interval length, m, D – diameter of the open horizontal wellbore. Then, to oil-saturated zone of production well located behind passable detachable packer, is pumped with equal parts of 0.2–0.5 m3, depending on injection pressure, emulsion composition – inverse emulsion in which volume ratio of water to emulsifier of invert emulsions is gradually increased within range from 1:2 to 1:10, controlling injection pressure dynamics, which should not exceed 0.9–0.92 of allowable value. Emulsion composition is squeezed into the formation with fresh water; a through detachable packer is removed and the water-insulating compound is pumped into the water-saturated zone at the pressure not exceeding the pressure of the hydraulic fracturing of the formation.
EFFECT: improving development efficiency of super-viscous oil deposit with water-oil zones due to increasing oil recovery of shallow deposits with simultaneous simplification of processing method and reduction of operating costs due to reduction of round-trip operations, expansion of functional capabilities of the method, concentration of depression created by pump in production well, in oil-saturated sections of horizontal shaft, expansion of creation of local hydrodynamic connection between wells in middle zone of well and zone of "sock".
