FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to process for preparing nanocapsules, and describes method for preparing nanoprobules of biopag-D preparation. Method is characterized in that gellan gum is used as nanocapsule shell, 0.01 g of E472c as surfactant is added to suspension of gellan gum in methanol, then resulting mixture is stirred with magnetic stirrer, after which 1 g of biopag-D powder is added, then 5 ml of diethyl ether is added, then resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered off and is dried at room temperature, where mass ratio of core : shell is in nanocapsules 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:5.
EFFECT: method for obtaining nanoprograms of biopag-D preparation is proposed.
