SUBSTANCE: dry extract of girasole is added to the suspension of xanthan gum in benzene and E472c preparation used as a surfactant, then diethyl ether is added, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered, washed with diethyl ether, dried, the core:sheath ratio being 1:1, 1:3, 1:5 or 5:1.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of nanocapsules obtaining, reduced losses in nanocapsules preparation, can be used in the food industry.
