SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing biopag-D nanocapsules in a kappa-carrageenan shell. Method is characterized by adding 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant to a kappa-carrageenan suspension in hexane, then obtained mixture is mixed on magnetic mixer, then biopag-D powder is added, then 6 ml of Hladon-113 is added, then obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein mass ratio of core:shell is in nanocapsules of 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:2.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in veterinary medicine.
