SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of agriculture and will find application in irrigation of small areas due to the accumulation of local runoff and drainage water. Combined irrigation system contains a drainage network associated with the storage pond 5 of the drainage drain, pumping station 7 connected through fine water purifier 8 to a network of water distribution pipelines 9 connected to irrigation pipelines 10 with water outlets 11. Storage pond 5 is provided with protective screen 6 mounted on floats fixed to the cables connected to the drums of winches 12 located on two opposite sides of storage pond 5. Screen 6 is made of a series of panels of opaque membrane material, one end of which is fixed on the floats of adjacent cables, and the other is connected by quick-connect couplings with an adjacent panel. Through the quick-connect couplings, the panels are fastened with bayonet connections in the form of bolts with axial apertures and nuts.

EFFECT: system allows to reduce losses of water for evaporation from the surface of the storage pond and to reduce the amount of dead water in it, and also to increase the reliability of the fine water filter.
