SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The system contains drains (1), 2nd order drainage collectors of the (2), a 1st order drainage collector of the (3), an open sprinkler (4), a drainage and humidification pipeline (5), the main drainage and humidification pipeline (6), combined pumping stations (11). The system provides for an non-inclined stationary hermetic open sprinkler (4) equipped with an adjustable bulkhead. The length of the sprinkler when working with a frontal-circular sprinkler machine (7) is equal to the length of the field, except for the length of the irrigator and the radius of action of the end watering machine.
EFFECT: drainage of the territory during the wet period and irrigation of agricultural crops during the dry period are provided, increasing the reliability and efficiency of the use of water resources of the system.
