FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device for monitored medicament delivery to respiratory organs comprises an opening through which the medicament is delivered to the subject, cover configured to be removably installed at the opening in the medicament delivery device to cover the opening, a power supply, a processor and a switch configured to selectively connect and disconnect the power supply with the processor such that, responsive to the cover being removed from the opening, the switch connects the power supply with the processor to power up the processor. Processor is configured such that responsive to a power up, the processor causes information related to the power up to be recorded to non-transient electronic storage media. Information related to power up includes the date and/or time of the day and/or the type of the inhaler. Method of monitoring is disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring that the dosage regimen is monitored in a power saving mode.
