SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drug delivery system using a drug delivery and/or drug delivery device. Drug delivery system comprises a drug delivery device and at least one sensor. Drug administration device comprises a communication interface configured to communicate with a communication interface of a computer system. At least one sensor is configured to receive sensor data and transmit sensor data to the drug delivery device. Drug administration device is configured to: using a first drug dosing regimen when a drug is delivered from a drug delivery device to a patient; determining a second drug dosing schedule for drug delivery from a drug delivery device to a patient. Second dosage regimen of the drug depends on the following: dispensing data from the computer system and sensor data from the at least one sensor obtained by the at least one sensor during and/or after drug delivery in accordance with the first drug dispensing schedule; and using a second drug delivery schedule when the drug is delivered from the drug delivery device to a patient. According to a second embodiment, a drug delivery system comprises at least one user interface configured to receive data entered by a user, and transmitting data entered by the user to the drug delivery device. Second drug dosing schedule also depends on data entered by the user from at least one user interface and obtained by the user interface during and/or after drug delivery from the drug delivery device in accordance with the first drug dosing schedule.

EFFECT: disclosed is a drug administration system configured to determine a drug dosing schedule.
