SUBSTANCE: invention relates to portable devices for expanding the ends of pipes. Device comprises a working head that is actuated by an electric motor and/or a hydraulic means, said working head having a working part and gripping part. Working part is displaceable in a displacement direction. Working head is rotatable together with the working part in the circumferential direction with respect to the displacement direction. Said rotation is carried out by moving a hydraulic piston relative to the gripping part.
EFFECT: as a result, various angular positions of the working head in the circumferential direction are provided, which allows to compensate for the unevenness in the inner surface of the pipe.
