SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a method for performing a photocatalytic oxidation reaction (POR), a photocatalytic oxidation reaction (POR) device (100) comprising photocatalytic oxidation reactor (101) that contains photocatalyst (102), air flow path (103) for guiding air flow (104) for the photocatalytic oxidation reaction, hygrometer (108) for measuring the humidity of photochemical catalyst (102), airflow separation (104) unit (105) for first flow (106) and second flow (107), humidity control channel (109) for controlling the humidity of first stream (106) and controlling the humidity of photochemical catalyst (102) by directing first stream (106) to the photochemical catalyst; and main flow path (109') for directing second flow (107) through photochemical catalyst (102), and an air cleaner comprising device (100).
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to provide a method and an apparatus for efficiently performing a photocatalytic oxidation reaction in which the humidity of the photocatalyst can be controlled.
