SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment. Power conversion device includes gate voltage adjusting unit (detection circuit (12)) that acts on the drive signal from gate drive circuit (11), which transmits the excitation signal to respective closures of a plurality of semiconductor elements (Q1 to Q2) arranged in parallel, and which adjusts the gate voltage of said semiconductor elements. Gate voltage adjusting unit applies an induction voltage generated on the basis of the difference between the magnetic flux caused by the current flow through one of the plurality of semiconductor elements, and a magnetic flux caused by the current flow through each of the other semiconductor elements, to the gate voltage applied to the at least one gate of the plurality of semiconductor elements.
