FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an electronic circuit for an induction element in an aerosol generating device. Induction element provides induction heating of current collector, which heats aerosol-forming material during use. Electronic circuit comprises a driver configured to convert the input direct current into alternating current for actuation of the induction element. Driver comprises several transistors arranged in configuration of H-bridge, having pair of transistors of upper arm and pair of transistors of lower arm, wherein when using a pair of upper arm transistors, a first electrical potential is supplied, which is greater than a second electrical potential, which is supplied to a pair of transistors of the lower arm. At least one transistor of a pair of upper-arm transistors is a p-channel field-effect transistor. Also disclosed is an aerosol generating device comprising an electronic circuit for an induction element.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of induction heating efficiency.
