FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic chemistry, in particular to the preparation of catalyst carriers for deep hydrodesulfurization of vacuum gas oil, and can be used in the oil refining industry. Method for the preparation of a catalyst for deep hydrodesulfurization of a vacuum gas oil is described, comprising the preparation of a mixture comprising aluminum, in the form of aluminum, hydroxide in the form of boehmite and aluminum, in the form of mesoporous aluminosilicate, mixing and suspending the resulting mixture, introducing a solution of nitric acid, stirring to obtain a homogeneous mass, introducing a pore-forming agent, stirring to a homogeneous state, molding extrusion pellet, drying and calcination, differs that a mixture is prepared by successively mixing aluminic oxide obtained by treating aluminum hydroxide with 1–5 % solution of nitric acid at solution temperature of 5–10 °C and spray dried in hot air at temperature of 150–210 °C, with aluminic oxide in the form of mesoporous aluminosilicate, and thoroughly mixing, and aluminic oxide as boehmite is introduced into the resulting mixture, providing a weight ratio in the carrier SiO2:Al2O3 = 0.09:0.19, herewith triglycol is used as the pore-forming agent.
EFFECT: increasing the mechanical strength and specific surface of the carrier, sufficient to produce high-value catalysts for deep hydrodesulfurization of vacuum gas oil, increasing the activity and stability of the catalyst, that leads to an increase in the degree of hydrogenolysis of organosulfur compounds, increase in yield and selectivity for the target product in the subsequent catalytic cracking process of vacuum gas oil.
