Cervical retractor containing a tetrahedral cross piece, on which two sliders with rigidly fixed curved brackets and two parallel guide plates are put on. At the plates ends the two tubular guides with welded hooks and slots for the guide rods movement are arranged. Guide rods are equipped with threaded retainers and fixed hooks, located by one on each rod. Rods have the possibility of the hooks longitudinal movement and placement in accordance with the surgical access site width. At the end of one plate, by means of a threaded retainer, connecting element is fixed with fixed to the end rotary handle and with the inserted shaft. Shaft is made with translation thread.
