TOOL KIT FOR PERFORMING OPERATIONS FROM SMALL CUTOUTS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: surgical tools, possibly used at treating diseases of hepatobiliary zone.

SUBSTANCE: tool kit includes ring of injury dilator with retractors; detachable light guide unit; hinged surgical tools, rod type tools and plate type forceps. Clamping hinges of retractors are made with possibility of rotation of their blades around two mutually normal axes. Light-guide unit is provided with means for mounting it onto any retractor. Clamps, forceps, shears, pliers, dilator, needle holder has branches bent along radius 30 -50 mm, working portion in the form of jaws and handle. Jaws are bent towards plane of branches motion. Handles have rings on their ends and they are arranged in the same plane with working portions ends. Rod type parts and forks of ligature needle, electro-surgical hook, blade holder, cannula, traps for extracted stones and for probes are made of ductile metal. Plate type forceps (including bipolar electro-surgical forceps) have bayonet-like bent working jaws.

EFFECT: possibility for enlarging tool kit, its improved versatility, effectiveness of using tools of kit, lowered number of similar-type tools in kit, enhanced safety, simplified maintenance of tools.
