FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and in particular to a method for producing biologically active substances of a phenolic nature from plant materials. The method for obtaining an extract containing biologically active compounds of a phenolic nature from buckwheat is that the plant raw material is extracted for the first time with a solvent in a ratio of 1:10-1:20 at 60°C under a pressure of 0.8 kgf/cm2 for 25 minutes at constant stirring, the resulting extract is poured, re-extracted under the same conditions, adding 50% of the solvent from the original volume to the remaining mass, the extracts are combined, the liquid part of the extract is evaporated in a vacuum evaporator at a temperature of 60°C in a vacuum of 0.8 kgf/cm2, the concentrated extract is cooled to 4°C, then the concentrate is filtered or centrifuged, while vegetative mass or buckwheat straw is used as plant material , crushed to 6 mm, in the first extraction, diethyl ether is used as a solvent, in the case of repeated extraction, a 70% aqueous-alcoholic solution is used as a solvent.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain an extract with an increased yield of biologically active compounds of phenolic nature from buckwheat.
